Position SummaryThe Senior Manager of Solution Success will be collaborating closely with solution leads, helping to drive the development and successful implementation of the services solutions we build for investor-owned electric and gas utilities, cooperatives, municipalities, and state agencies. You will lead data compilation and visualization, partner development and management, solution costing and pricing strategy, pilot development and support, and serve as a bridge between our operations teams and solutions management to ensure our solutions are successful in the market. In this role, you will support the development and deployment of meaningful innovation that supports our client's needs and drives growth. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.Collect and evaluate solution management efficiency metrics to facilitate data-driven decision making. Develop, maintain and publicize relevant metrics dashboards. This will include team metrics, solution metrics, solution catalog lifecycle management, and the like.Collaborate with solution leads to identify relevant partners, then develop a process to conduct due diligence, make selections, and develop and maintain mutually beneficial partnership relationships.Collaborate with finance and solutions leads to develop solution costing and pricing strategies.Collaborate with solution leads and technology to ensure completion and organization of internal-facing product documentation, release notes, startup resources and training materials. Train operations on start-up resources and guide early-stage implementations to ensure success.Identify critical processes and tasks that can be streamlined and/or improved. Create, implement and enforce policies and processes to ensure efficiency, integrated decision making, outcome attainment and strong project management throughout roadmap development and stage gate process.Coordinate start-up of demonstration projects, pilots and early-stage programs related to new solutions or major enhancements. Monitor performance and coordinate with operations and solution management as needed to ensure success.Create structured feedback loops, synthesize insights from multiple sources and help build continuous improvement into product operations. Research, recommend and procure software tools and systems used by solution management team. Develop and document associated user guides and training.Develop and sustain strong working relationships with solution managers, program managers, start-up teams and other internal partners. Maintain a consistent and robust understanding of the utility services industry and modern product operations best practices to lead efforts as an expert.Champion the solution management team internally. Leverage your expert-level understanding of product operations to improve the overall organization.Position RequirementsEducation and Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, technology, or related field. 7-10 years related experience, including demonstrated project management and operations experience.Experience in energy efficiency, customer engagement, demand response, and/or other distributed energy resources is required.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Must be deeply familiar with project management, and have hands on experience implementing it at scale, driving results along the way.Experience driving innovation and demonstrated success supporting new products in market strongly preferred. Excellent communication and demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to influence staff on a 360 degree basis both up and down the organization is essential.Must be able to handle and prioritize a wide variety of work in a fast-paced environment. Agile and nimble in both leadership and execution.Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter with strong leadership skills.Someone who is never satisfied with the status quo, and is instead always thinking "How can we do this better?"Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Committed to diversity and inclusionReliable transportationLicenses & Certifications PMP certification or equivalent strongly desired.Valid driver's licenseTravel Requirements Willingness to travel up to 25%
Estimated Wage Range: $91,000-$130,000+
