Job DescriptionWage: $17.38-$19.26/hrSummaryThe Route Accounting Clerk is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service to new and existing accounts. Inputs product counts and other data before preparing itemized delivery tickets and generating customer invoices daily. The representative will assist with the start-up of new accounts, the service agreement renewal process of existing accounts, and miscellaneous data entry. The representative will process all customer invoices and supporting reports on a daily basis.Role & Responsibilities* Audit invoices and customer files on a routine basis* Receive and process customer requests promptly and accurately* Provide timely and helpful responses to customer inquiries* Resolve customer service issues professionally at all times* Maintain detailed service records, computer information and customer history* Attend weekly new account start-up meetings and assists with the customer start-up process* Communicate with the sales team, production team, route service team and stockroom team to ensure that exceptional customer service is provided to customers at all times* Assist with special deliveries as needed* Additional office related duties may be assigned, as neededQualificationsQualifications & Educational Requirements:* College degree is preferred.
